Cool Pet Pad vs. Chillz Gel Mat

Both pads provide a cool resting surface, but the Cool Pet Pad is the premium option. It features a firmer gel that stays evenly distributed under your pet's weight, delivering a more cushioned feel by reducing contact with the floor surface beneath. Reinforced edges provide added protection against rips and tears, and custom-fit covers are available exclusively for the Cool Pet Pad dimensions. The Chillz mat uses a softer, more fluid gel formula — an excellent entry-level option, but without the reinforced construction, cover compatibility, or firmness of the Cool Pet Pad.

Care Instructions

Wipe clean with a soft cloth and mild soap. Rinse with water and allow to dry completely before use or storage. Store in a cool, dry location. For extended storage, seal in the original plastic bag to help extend product life.

Warranty

12-month limited manufacturer's warranty from date of purchase with proper care. Photo proof of damage and dated purchase documentation are required for all warranty claims.
